Jamam Residence By Aldar Properties

Jamam Residence is a 10-storey residential complex that has access to the embankment of the popular Al Raha Bay. The development company of the project is Dhabi Contracting LLC and the complex was handed over back in October 2018. The Jamam Residence building has become recognizable due to its unusual architectural design, which includes a step-like structure decreasing in size from the bottom up. There are terraces with canopies along the perimeter, which offer magnificent views of the bay and the beaches.
