Al Maha by Aldar Properties

Al Maha Towers are located on Al Muneera Island along the shores of Al Raha Beach. The project was successfully completed by Aldar Properties at the end of 2011. The development consists of two towers named Al Maha 1 and Al Maha 2, with each of them consisting of two blocks. The towers stand out due to the colourful patterned façades and sea-water glazing. Local food stores and retail stores are located on the ground floor, and within the territory of the complex one can find terraces for sunbathing, landscaped gardens with areas for relaxation and BBQ areas. Residents are provided with an allocated free underground parking space. The towers house one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with living areas varying from 850 sq. ft to 2,681 sq. ft.
